First release at new Stirling development sells out in a few days

Kim Wilson and her partner, Craig Watterson are the first purchasers to snap up a new home at award winning house builder, Cruden Homes' recently launched and already hugely popular, Royal Park View development located off Glendevon Drive/ Huntly Crescent in Stirling.

Kim said:" We had previously lived in a two-bedroom apartment at Cruden Homes' nearby Stirling Bridge development and although we loved the flat, my partner Craig and I had recently decided it was time to move to something bigger.

"I have family connections in the area so didn't want to have to move too far if we could avoid it, so when we heard Cruden Homes' new Royal Park View development would be close by, we jumped at the chance and quickly registered our interest.

"We knew there was a lot of buyer interest in the new development so we made sure we arrived at the sales office early on launch day and to our delight, found ourselves at the front of the queue. As a result, we were able to secure our preferred plot which was a three-bedroom semi-detached Moray house style. We're so pleased with our purchase and are already making plans for move-in day." 

Kim and Craig's determination to get to the sales launch early certainly paid off. As it turned out, all seven properties in the first release at Royal Park View (four 3-bedroom semi-detached, two 3-bedroom end-terraced and one 2-bedroom mid terraced) sold out within a few days of the opening.

Six out of the seven properties on the first release were purchased by buyers from the Stirling area with five out of the seven purchased through the hugely popular Help to Buy Scheme which can assist prospective purchasers, whether they are first time buyers or existing homeowners, to secure a new property without the requirement for a huge deposit.


Cruden Homes have now released a further eight homes for sale, which include 2-bedroom mid-terraced Bruce and three 3-bedroom Moray styles (terraced or semi-detached). Prices start from £126,500 with Help to Buy available on all properties.


The interior specification on every property includes gas central heating and double glazing as standard. All kitchens will be fully fitted and come with integrated stainless steel oven, hob and hood, plus integrated fridge freezer and washing machine. Master bedrooms will include white wardrobes, while en-suites and bathrooms will feature contemporary, slick white sanitary ware complemented with a choice of designer wall tiles from Porcelanosa.


Due to the high demand, the development's build programme has been accelerated meaning some purchasers on the first release will be able to move into their new home at Royal Park View before Christmas while properties on the second release will be available for move in around March 2018.
