At 26 years old, Stuart's journey to homeownership hasn't been an easy one. Six years ago Stuart was in a car crash which left him in a coma for four months and in hospital for nearly a year. Stuart suffered many injuries which left him disabled, but he has overcome all the odds and now holds the title of Scottish Indoor Disabled Rowing Champion.  Stuart and his mum didn't dream that homeownership could be an option for them. However with the qualification and guidance of the Cruden sales team and the independent financial advisor, he realised that his dream could become a reality.

"When we arrived at the Kings View development, we immediately fell in love with these modern, stunning homes. We really did not think we would qualify for a mortgage or the Help To Buy Scheme and I am absolutely delighted that this Scheme has helped me secure my first foot on the property ladder." Stuart's comments are echoed by him mum who says " I am absolutely delighted that Stuart has become a homeowner at such a young age. I am so proud of everything he has achieved and it has given him such a boost".

The Cruden sales team are absolutely thrilled that after renting for 6 years in Shawlands, Stuart is now the proud owner of 2 bedroom en- suite apartment at Kings View.
