Dreams come true at Royal Park View

Michael and Laura Kettlewood at Royal Park View

Mr and Mrs Kettlewood moved in to their spacious three-bedroom Wallace home at Cruden’s Royal Park View development in October 2018.

Living a mere 100 yards away, Michael (42) and Laura (37) lived in a modern flat at Cruden’s Stirling Bridge development and could literally see Royal Park View being built in front of them. From their balcony they watched the development take shape and after an unsuccessful search for a home on the open market, they decided to contact the sales team.

Michael said: “We viewed a few houses but couldn’t really find what we were looking for. Many needed a lot of work, or had very small bedrooms and a real lack of outdoor space. We could see Royal Park View being built from our balcony and decided to get in contact with Cruden’s sales agent for the site.”

After four happy years in their Cruden flat, Michael and Laura’s search for a larger family home was finally successful when they went to view the show home at Royal Park View. Michael said they were bowled over by the spacious interior and the stylish high-quality finish.

“From our initial viewing, it was very clear that we were getting excellent value for money. The house was so bright and airy and the room sizes were bigger than any of the other houses we had viewed, especially the bedrooms. The outdoor space was also generous. Being able to choose our own kitchen and bathroom was a big plus point and the selection to choose from and quality of the specification was excellent.”

“Knowing that we would be able to move in and have no work to do was hugely appealing and buying a brand new home at Royal Park definitely seemed like the most straightforward and cost-effective option for us.”

Michael added that previously owning a Cruden home made the decision to buy at Royal Park View very easy.

Not only did Michael and Laura find the home appealing, they were impressed with how helpful the Cruden sales team were. Audrey who was leading the sale kept them up to date with how everything was going and let them know as soon as the house they were interested in – a three-bedroom ‘Wallace - became available for sale.

As soon as the first phase of properties was released, Michael and Laura reserved their new home and the Cruden sales team made the rest of the process very straightforward and hassle free. Michael said:

“We were advised of initial timescales which didn’t slip at all and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. It all went so smoothly and once we got our keys and moved in, we had minimal snagging. Laura and I really can’t thank the sales team at Royal Park View enough. It has been a stress-free process and we’re so happy with our lovely new home.

“The first phase of the development is now finished and we really like it, the layout is great and it already feels like a neighbourhood.”

Michael, a print and design manager and Laura a training manager, along with their beloved cat Lionel, are settling in very well to their new home and said they love having more space to entertain friends and family, who they say are all very impressed by how spacious their Cruden home is.
