Hart Builders are pleased to announce that the company has secured a further two new build affordable housing contracts
Firstly, Hart has been awarded the contract to deliver 31 new modern designed homes at Eskmills, Musselburgh for Dunedin Canmore Housing Association. Forming part of the Rowan Group Framework, the £2.6M Eskmills development will create 21 two person and 10 three person flats for rent.
In addition, works have commenced at Wauchope, Craigmillar where Hart will deliver 20 units for mid-market rent for Places for People Scotland Limited together with 28 units for affordable sale through a joint development agreement between Places for People and Cruden Homes (East) Limited, all units are designed to comply with Housing for Varying Needs standards and Secure by Design certification.
