Verde, a conversion of the Templeton Factory building, incorporates a façade inspired by the Doge’s Palace in Venice, restored to its original grandeur by Cruden and includes underground parking. The development is located to the east of the city centre within walking distance of Glasgow Green, the iconic People’s Palace and the vibrant Merchant City, with walkways along the River Clyde providing easy access to the city the centre itself.
