Hart Builders is pleased to announce that the Company has been awarded a £3.50M new build housing development at Langlaw Road, Mayfield, Dalkeith.
This, the third and final phase of a development partnership with Melville Housing Association, comprises of 40 affordable houses for rent and is programmed to complete in 60 weeks.
At the recent sod turning ceremony David Small, Managing Director, said “This development will provide high quality affordable homes for the community in Mayfield and is fantastic news for Midlothian. We very much look forward to working with Melville Housing Association with the aim of successfully delivering these homes over the next 14 months.”
