Hart Builders have worked successfully with Kingdom HA for a number of years and have been appointed as a preferred Contractor on the Association's current Framework Agreement.
The formal contract for this project was Design and Build (Partnering). The contract followed agreed partnering principles and was completed on time and within budget.
