PROJECT SHOWCASE: NEW OFFICES, LOCHFIELD PARK, EASTERHOUSE

Cruden has now completed four phases at Lochfield Park. The second of these involved the construction of 34 new houses and flats, together with new offices for the Association. Their original offices were located within the two ground floor flats of an existing tenement and were inadequate for the number of staff employed. The decision was therefore taken to construct this new office building which has been designed to meet the Client’s current and future requirements. The existing offices have now been demolished and 16 new cottage flats have been built in their place.
