PROJECT SHOWCASE: KINTRA STREET, GOVAN

A two, three and four storey mixed tenure development of 66 units for rent and 23 units for low cost home ownership in the heart of Govan. The housing mix for the project was varied and included flats, townhouses, maisonnettes and mews houses.

Careful consideration was given to kitchen and bathroom specifications, and to the ammenity space around the buildings. The final design solution incorporated two large, secure, communal areas within which residents can relax and their children can play.

The project has proved highly successful, with the houses for sale being sold off plan well in advance of completion.
