Cruden Building & Renewals, based in Glasgow and operating primarily in the West of Scotland, and Hart Builders, based in East Lothian and covering the East of the country, share a reputation for reliability and quality second to none. Together they have been instrumental in developing and evolving Scotland's built environment.

Across both companies we have extensive expertise in delivering mixed tenure housing developments and commercial projects for both public and private sector clients. With a combined workforce of more than 500 direct employees, we're able to meet and exceed our clients' expectations, which is why we're proud to have achieved long-standing relationships and unprecedented levels of repeat business through partnering and framework agreements.
